Life in Perth 6:31 AM

After living here for like 4days, I realised some stuffs about the australian culture.
1) Australians are SUPER ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY. They bring their own plastic bags and boxes to the supermarket. The cashier does not pack your things into the plastic bags, you have to do it yourself.
2) Some Australians go around bare footed, even to school.
3) About 60% of people in western australia are asians.
4) EVERYTHING HERE IS EXPENSIVE...lol

When to orientation on 27th Jan, got to know some friends during the introduction of the school. After break, the teachers separated us into medical/dentistry, science, arts and engineering. I was the only one who wanted dentistry. That's when i realised I AM THE ONLY SINGAPOREAN IN THE SCHOOL. zzz.Most students wanted to study medical so I was kinda the odd one out. But look on the bright side of life, lesser people are gonna compete with me for seats in dentistry.

I guessed I am not fated to be friends with asian students. There a lot of malaysians here bcuz there a college in Malaysia too and china students. The china students are always in their own world.zzz...Class starts at 8am to 12pm on monday and friday and 8am to 3pm on tuesday to thursday. There a 20minutes break and an hour lunch everyday. Everything in the school is really expensive. One textbook costs about $150 and a calculator costs $169.OHMY...The food at the cafeteria is TOTALLY HORRIBLE. The egg sandwich costs $5 and a cup of chocolate milk costs $2. The bread smelled like dog food, the egg was tasteless, the tomatoes were too sour and the vegetables were too bitter. Now i understand why the teachers ask us to bring our own lunch. Luckily there's a subway and hungry jack(called Burger King in Singapore) near the college. The friends i know are mostly from Dubai, Holland, Italy and ...I guess i am the only weirdo who can't mix well with the asian. 25% of what i study is all chemistry.The chem teacher asked questions like what is atom,what is it made of, why is it made of protons, electrons and neutrons, why is it nuclear attraction and not other types of attraction blahblahblah....This is the first time i write so many pages just for the meaning of an atom...wth...

After school, Iwent to my cousin-in-law's hotel to explore. He said I could order anything I want, I went to order a beer and the waitress thought I was a 12 years old kid whose fooling around...LOL...My cousin keeps calling me "The young taylors" because he studied in the same college as me last time. I ended up bickering with him about how low class the hotel is. Only to realized the hotel is a century old. After that, he invited us to his house for dinner and also get to know his neice from malaysia who is also in college. I AM TOTALLY PISSED OFF WITH MALAYSIANS. His auntie was telling my mom how innocent and decent looking I am. When she realised I have 6 ear holes, her expression changes. Her english IS LIKE SHIT and still dare to talk in english with australian. She called chinatown as COW CAR WATER. It's not like angmoh understand what the hell she is talking about. His neice isn't friendly at all. She cant even bother to say her name when I smiled and introduce myself. She will die when she gets into the same university as me...MUAHAHA...

Ya, remember last time at lt 1a(b) we were guessing what further course would kelly take...which in the end, she didnt tell us.

Sigh, you cant bring any foodstuff there!
